We celebrate Rachael and her amazing story of a lifetime of eating disorders to stepping into her power and freedom.
Rachael started worrying about her weight in 3rd grade when she found out that she could be rejected for not being thin. From there is was starvation, binging, cleanses, panic attacks and an obsession with food and body. Despite changing jobs, traveling the world, and working to better herself, she couldn’t enjoy any of it because she still felt like a fraud.
No longer defined by her disorder she celebrates freedom! Having a true legacy for her life. Doing what she wants. Being defined by her authentic self. Being at peace with her body and food.
