“I gave myself a diabetic attack”
Robin started life with real feast or famine – going to bed hungry and not knowing where her next meal would come from. She grew up the “fat girl” and decided to change her identity with extreme dieting that made the binging worse.
Being a type 1 diabetic her binging became literally life-threatening. Robin would wake up in cold seats with a diabetic attack and had no idea how to stop herself from binging again.
After “1 last diet” – she was ready.
Robin now celebrate a life of freedom where she can eat what she wants and be with the people she cares about. All while enjoying true health. And enjoying “breaking bread” with the people she loves that no longer need to worry for her.
