Lisa was put on her first diet at 6. Growing up with her weight being a huge issue from childhood she then became a broadway dancer, and then joined the military – where the number on the scale still haunted her. After 45 years of struggle with food and all her mental space being taken up by it, her body started breaking down. Life threatening food allergies, disability, and the frantic search for the answer. We celebrate Lisa as she shares her story of how she went from 45 years of an eating disorder to freedom in 2 weeks. How she re-wrote her story and stepped into her power.
